ooni Karu 16 Multi-Fuel Pizza Oven

The Ooni Karu 16 pizza oven takes cooking to a whole new level and brings advanced technology to your pizza party. This amazing pizza oven has an integrated thermometer and a door equipped with a ViewFlame™ glass window from which you can see the pizza being cooked! The pizza oven works with several different fuel options; you can use wood, coal or gas (with a separately purchased add-on). Thanks to new design features, the oven has better insulation, temperature control, fuel-efficient air flow and better visibility into the inside of the oven. A pizza stone made of durable cordierite is included, with a baking area of 42.5 centimeters wide. The pizza stone heats up quickly and retains the heat required for professional quality pizzas for a long time.

The pizza oven has a fully insulated carbon steel frame with a powder-coated surface that withstands high temperatures and improves insulation and weather resistance even more. The new all-glass oven door with ViewFlame ™ technology reduces soot accumulation and improves internal visibility. Thanks to the hinged door, opening and closing the oven is very easy. The built-in digital thermometer shows the oven's internal temperature in degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit. The oven's optimized airflow technology improves temperature control and fuel efficiency. The temperature can be adjusted using the control panel and chimney. The easy-to-use rear fuel tank holds large pieces of wood and/or coal.

The oven is delivered fully assembled — just open the legs and you're ready to bake pizza! The pizza oven heats up to 500 degrees in about 15 minutes, and a real crispy stone oven pizza is prepared with a pizza stone in up to 60 seconds. With the Ooni Karu 16 oven, you can prepare perfectly cooked Tomahawk steaks, grilled vegetables and much more easily at home!
