Items with an invoice are delivered by courier.
Before signing an invoice – check package, return it back to courier, if there are any defects, also refuse to accept it due to noticeable package damage. In case you have already signed that you have received goods, but have doubts about their undamaged state, you may unpack goods in presence of courier to make sure if everything is all right. If you have detected any kind of item damage, you should apply to courier and he will record damage with a scanner (by making a photo). You have only 24 hours to make reclamation to a courier company, that is why you should contact us as soon as possible.
